London

Edinburgh is a beautiful city whatever season you decide to visit in. Depending on where you live, you might want to fly rather than drive. It’s possible to base yourself in Edinburgh at one of the many hotels and then visit the highlands, or just spend your time in the city. Edinburgh is home to all of the well known names on the high street. It also has lots of unique old buildings which make a visit extra special.
Liverpool
Liverpool is another fantastic area of the country to visit. There are loads of attractions, including visiting the tavern where the Beatles first performed. There are lots of things of historical interest, including the oldest china town in the UK. There is a huge variety of hotels in Liverpool ranging from 1 to 5 star and they even have spa hotels.
There really are plenty of fantastic places to visit in the UK. There’s no need to always go abroad when you need a holiday. By staying in the UK you can spend more time enjoying your vacation, rather than having to spend too long travelling. It should also be a nice change not to have to spend hours in an airport waiting to board a plane.
